A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Jesse Alvarez grew up near the south side of Chicago and began his career in interest rates working in the Bond Room of the Chicago Board of Trade.
Jesse became an exchange member and began trading Fed Fund futures on the trading floor. Eventually, he became one of the largest Fed Fund traders at the Chicago Board of Trade. He spent 15 years trading treasuries and learning everything interest rate related.
After retiring from trading, Jesse became a Mortgage Loan Officer. His background in trading interest rates, business ownership, and real estate investment helps him educate his clients in the mortgage and real estate industry.
Jesse moved from Chicago to Tennessee and enjoys spending time with his family on their farm in Nolensville.
