A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Kristy Schumann is a Colorado Native who comes from a large family of Natives. She attended Colorado State University and earned her Bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Studies. She entered the mortgage business in 2005 and takes extensive pride in her work.

With Kristy’s background in processing, she knows the ins and outs of the loan process, and her experience helps her understand what underwriters are looking for in most situations, allowing her to offer a positive experience during the loan process.

When not helping people enhance their mortgage dreams, Kristy enjoys spending time with family and friends, including her high school sweetheart and three dogs.

Kristy’s hobbies include crafting, reading, gardening, and volunteering. She strives to do good things for others and maintain a positive attitude.
